Edward Mann are currently partnered with a London based Private Healthcare business who are recruiting an Assistant Accountant on a temp to perm basis. This role is immediate starting and will likely run for 3 months initially, with a view to convertingpermanent thereafter. The role is based in London 3 days per week, with 2 days per week working from home. The role will initially be offered on an hourly basis of 16-20 pounds per hour.Responsibilities-Journals and Accruals-Month end close support and assisting in production of monthly management reporting packs-Monthly balance sheet reconciliations-Preparation of invoices to external partners-Ad hoc financial analysis and reports-Assist with any internal/external audit requirementsExperience required-Due to the manual/complex nature of some reconciliations, candidates must be strong with Excel including various functions to manage and navigate large data sets-Candidates will ideally be pursuing a recognised accounting qualification-Candidates must hold immediate or very short term notice of availabilityEdward Mann Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
