Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Asset Onboarding and Servicing team as an Asset Onboarding Specialist! The team is responsible for assessing and making new assets available on the Transact platform, as well as regularly reviewing asset informationto ensure it remains accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.Key responsibilities:

  • Adding new assets to the Transact platform.
  • Analysing new and existing assets to ensure compliance with tax wrapper eligibility rules.
  • Reviewing and completing new platform agreements between IFAL and fund managers, and reviewing existing arrangements.
  • Setting up and updating existing ring-fencing agreements.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Legal/Compliance/Client Operations teams) with respect to new asset requests.
  • Ensuring asset data is accurate.
  • Being aware of, and making reference to, the CASS 6 and 7 regulations that govern many of the activities of the Client Accounting department
  • Continually seeking to improve processes to make them more efficient
RequirementsThe opportunity would be ideal for an individual already working within financial services, who can demonstrate a strong understanding of asset types and the CASS rules. The ideal candidate would be a strong communicator, ideally with experience liaisingwith platforms and fund managers, with excellent attention to detail.
