You must have excellent communication skills and have the confidence to interview clients over the phone, in our office and in their own homes. You will need to make enquiries to establish and confirm clients circumstances and make decisions in accordance with the Housing Act (Wales) 2014 and Swanseas Allocations policy 2009 (amended 2013).You will need to be confident in the use of numerous IT systems, as we use databases and spreadsheets to access and maintain records.
