We havean opportunity for a ASite Administrator/Document Controller to join our team in London, Docklands. You will join us on a fulltimepermanent basis. In the UK our Docklands data centre campus facilitates the majority of the London Internet Exchange’s (LINX) capacity, meaning that we support a huge proportion of all UK internet traffic, making our Docklands campus a globally important internet hub.ASite Administrator/Document Controller OverviewThe ASite Administrator/Document Controller role is responsible for defining and managing the project documentation processes including generating version controls, maintaining accurate document registers, databases, and workflows.Key responsibilities of our ASite Administrator/Document Controller:- Support Programme delivery by overseeing and maintaining workflow management and document control processes and databases- Responsible for co-ordination, collaboration and version control allocation for project documentation, like: requests for Information, design notes, sketches, cad drawings, 3D BIM files, reports, specifications, tender documents, contract documents, programmes, technical submittals, instructions, presentations, commissioning data, O&M’s and H&S information- Define and manage the document naming conventions, workflows and control the structure of the system; generate document numbers/references and maintain accurate document register/database- Filing, updating and co-ordination of drawings and support documents to enable easy access to documentation for all relevant stakeholders and for auditing purposes- Responsible for generating system-based reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis as required- Regularly issue communication status- Maintain the register of users ensuring timely addition and removal of users at appropriate security levels as well as provide user support and coordination- Ensure that the file structures, workflow and naming conventions are transferrable and useable by other Telehouse departments, liaise with relevant stakeholders and redesign the processes/codification where necessary- Provide general administration support to the Project Management teamEssential requirements needed to become our ASite Administrator/Document Controller:- Must have previous experience working as an ASite administrator with proficient level of system usage- Previous experience in document control/document management role in a busy construction project environment- General administration and project support experience- Good IT skills – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint- Effective information management skillsIf you feel you have the skills and experience to become our ASite Administrator/Document Controller then please click ‘Apply’ today!
