Job Description

One of the worlds leading investment banks is looking to hire an Artifactory Server Engineer at VP level to join their team. The team is responsible for all aspects of managing and maintaining a set of enterprise hosted developer enablement tools that areused throughout the firms global IT development community.Some key responsibilities are:

  • Deploying these tools into the environment, and integrating them with both infrastructure and various cloud platforms
  • Manage and maintain the tools - tuning for high performance, upgrading, adding additional functions and escalating support where necessary
  • Work with the development and infrastructure teams to make sure all needs are met
Therefore, they are looking for someone who has some of the following skills/experiences;
  • Artifactory and Security scanning software Xray Server - they are looking for management at scale (Can be other equivalent system like Azure Artifacts,Nexus,Google Artifact service or other full scale enterprise binary distribution system)
  • Experience hosting package managers (docker, yum, helm, npm, nuget, maven, gradle, pypi) golang, conan, terraform.
  • Python developments experience a must
  • DevOps experience
