Partnered with an incredibly interesting and rapidly growing digital SaaS business that helps organisations succeed with their digital transformation projects.They are an ever-expanding company, operating in 16 countries, with over 8000 employees globally. They work with large and medium-sized organisations in the retail, education, legal, banking & insurance, outsourcing, automotive, oil and gas and manufacturingindustries.They are based in Central London, with flexible working a base salary of £120,000 and an OTE of up to £250K.Due to growth and demand in the UK, they are looking for someone fresh, new, with lots of energy and ideas to step in as their first UK Director of Sales with one main aim to hire, grow and motive a Sales Team to achieve performance goals!You will be coming in to build this team, manage the teams sales pipeline, set KPIs, deliver sales forecasts, work closely with marketing to create a pipeline of new opportunities, and most importantly create a culture of fun and urgency!So, if you are someone who enjoys managing and growing successful sales teams with big quotas, have a strong SaaS / Asset Finance background and want to join a business that entrepreneurship is part of their DNA with lots of autonomy then please apply within!
