Job Description

I am looking for an Architectural Technician to join a growing Commercial Design and Fit-Out Specialist based in West London. Reporting to the Creative Director you will be tasked with delivering high quality drawing packages across a variety of exciting projects.Client DetailsMy client are a market leader in the industry and specialise in creating workplace solutions offering Design and Fit-Out of Commercial Office spaces. They have a strong pipeline of projects meaning this is a great to join them and deliver upon some exiting projects.Description

  • You will be tasked with producing high quality Construction and Technical drawing packages in line with the Clients Brief and Design Programme.
  • You will predominantly work across RIBA stages 3-5 in close conjunction with your Creative Director.
  • Through both hand drawing and the use of relevant softwares including ArchiCAD, you will deliver drawing packages across multiple projects.
  • Using a high level of communication and coordination you will work closely with the design and delivery teams ensuring your work allows projects to be delivered in a timely fashion.

  • Qualified Architectural Technician or Technologist.
  • Experience working on Commercial Fit-Out projects would be advantageous.
  • Ambitions to progress within the company.
