My architectural client are currently looking for a Experienced architect to work an an Upcoming commercial projectResponsibilities:Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs, concepts, and plans for hotel projects from inception to completion.Utilise VectorWorks software to create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings.Incorporate sustainable design principles and innovative technologies into hotel projects.Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met and design intent is maintained.Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and compliance with design specifications.Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in hotel design and architecture.Requirements:Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.Minimum [X] years of professional experience in architectural design, with a focus on hotel projects.Proficiency in VectorWorks software is essential; experience with other design software is a plus.Strong portfolio showcasing hotel design projects from concept through construction.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards relevant to hospitality projects.LEED accreditation or sustainable design experience preferred but not required.
