* Must have Saas or Netsuite Experience* Paying £32,000 - £35,000* Hybrid (3 days in Office)Accounts Receivable Specialist, Saas Company - £32,000 - £35,000, London This is a permanent opportunity for a Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding SAAS business, backed by private equity and a strong track record of growth and acquisitions.They are seeking a talented and motivated AR experienced candidate to join the team and contribute to their continued success whilst working very closely to tight deadlines.This role will require a strong ability to adapt to chance but offer an excellent opportunity for growth within the company. Our client is recruiting for an AR Specialist to manage a number of accounts to ensure invoices are issued promptly, cash is collectedon time and matched to correct invoices.Main Responsibilities: * Managing a number of key accounts ensuring all invoices are issued on time, cash is collected on time and invoices are precisely match to each invoice* Ensuring all invoices are issued on time within the correct billing cycle.* Assist in all queries that arise through billing to ensure this is rectified in a timely and professional manner.* Raising and allocation of all credit notes as per the companys process.* Processing customer refunds/credit notes in a timely manner.* Importing of all invoices/credit notes.* Checking the accuracy of the invoices to agreed terms and agree a payment timetable.* Chasing and collecting any historic debts on the relevant accounts.* Posting transactions and reconciliations of accounts and ledgers* Ensuring all bank transactions for your accounts are allocated and reconciled in a timely manner* Daily reporting and knowledge of key accounts which are outstanding, with action plans to recover debts due* Raising daily/weekly customer statements and ensuring the timely receipt of cash.Essential Skills: * A natural Accounts Receivable specialist who understands the importance of timeliness and on-time payments* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to operate in a fast decision making and entrepreneurial environment* Competent handling of different systems and processes* Excellent knowledge of excel, with experience of Netsuite * Prior AR experience essential, ideally in a Saas business before.
