Job Description

Morgan Hunt are working with a leading FE College in the education and training sector who are recruiting for an Apprenticeship Delivery Manager in North London. This is a full time permanent role paying between £39,000 - £43,500 for the right candidate. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery for the Apprenticeships within the Business Support area therefore candidates must have a proven track record in the successful delivery and management of these Apprenticeships.The Apprenticeship Delivery Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing the colleges Apprenticeship programmes within Business Support leading to successful outcomes for the learners
  • Line managing Assessors and IQAs within the team
  • Responsible for the quality assurance including workplace observations, SARs and QIPs
  • Supporting staff to be innovative in their teaching, learning and assessment to help embed the use of e-learning
  • Monitoring recruitment, retention and achievement targets of learners and taking necessary action to address under-performance
  • The learner and employer experience ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction for all learners and listening to learner feedback and taking action
  • Ensuring all activities continually meet the needs of the learners and are in line with Ofsted inspection framework, awarding organisations and college quality and compliance requirements
    • The Apprenticeship Delivery Manager will have:
  • Experience of delivering and managing Apprenticeships within Business Support pathways
  • Curriculum planning experience
  • Experience in developing and maintaining quality assurance systems
  • Previously produced SARs and QIPs
  • A relevant professional qualification within Business Support
  • Hold both an Assessor (A1 or equivalent) and IV (V1 or equivalent) awards
  • Extensive industry experience within a Business Support setting
