Job Description

Applications AnalystCentral London/ Hybrid£55,000 - £60,000Company Overview Cobalt is delighted to once again be partnering with a well-respected Commercial Developer/ Owner within the Real Estate Sector. Our client currently has an asset value of over £35b across the UK, Europe, Asia, and Australia and is looking to carry on growingat an accelerated rate over the next 5 years. Due to this growth, they are looking for a hands-on, confident, and articulate Applications Analyst to join the Hospitality team and grow with the business.Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain an application strategy that delivers the Digital customer journey and reflects the changing technology landscape.
  • Continuous improvement to the integration strategy surrounding the core Property Management System (Infor HMS or Oracle Opera)
  • Manage the delivery of solution design for applications projects and ensure architectural compliance
  • Work closely with your Group Head Office counterparts to ensure adherence to policy and global standards whilst using your excellent communications skills to influence that policy.
  • Work closely with the local IT team to ensure that issues on the ground that require application intervention are listened to and factored into any roadmap.
Role Requirements
  • Qualification (or experience of) an enterprise application architectural qualification such as TOGAF
  • Experience with either Oracle Opera PMS or Infor PMS
  • Retail systems supporting retail or hospitality
  • Exposure to Jedox budget & forecasting
  • Strong reporting skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyse information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Have excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to promote change within the business
