Application Support Engineer (SQL PL/SQL Oracle) *Hybrid WFH*. Are you a tech savvy Application Support Engineer with excellent communication skills You could be progressing your career, providing technical support to clients on a complex software productthat aids in the discovery of solutions for the Life Sciences and pharmaceuticals industry. As an Application Support Engineer you be responsible for investigating customer issues within agreed SLAs via remote access (e.g. VPN, WebEx etc.) to customer systems, gathering sufficient information to pass on to other engineers. Youll perform data fixesor configuration changes to resolve issues or work around problems and keep detailed records of change requests.
