Job Description

Application Support Analyst (FinancialForce or Infor SunSystems exp):

  • Permanent.
  • Circa £65k-£70k+ (although negotiable depending on exp).

    • Company and role for Application Support Analyst (FinancialForce or Infor SunSystems exp):Our client is a household name in the global digital media industry. We’re currently helping them to hire an experiences Application Support Analyst with experience in either FinancialForce or Infor SunSystems/Sun Accounts.You will provide 2nd and 3rd line application services and support within the IT Application Support Team. The team supports the setup, configuration and workflows of the Finance applications and teams.Background experience for Application Support Analyst (FinancialForce or Infor SunSystems exp):
  • 3-5+ years’ experience of supporting Financial applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting workflows and processes.
  • Experience of working in a demanding IT support environment.
    • Essential skills required for Application Support Analyst (FinancialForce or Infor SunSystems exp):
  • Strong technical knowledge of Financial Force or Infor SunSystems/ Sun Accounts software.
  • Proven technical ability in SQL Server.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Dynamic, detail oriented, fast learning & able to work in high pressure environment.
  • Ideally some knowledge of hybrid cloud, network, virtualisation, compute, database and storage technologies.
  • Some knowledge of application integration via APIs and SQL.
  • Team player able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven customer facing experience with outstanding communication skills
  • ITIL best practice framework
    • Responsibilities:
  • Incident and Problem Management to defined service levels.
  • Manage & deploy technical changes driven by Change Requests and Problem Management.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for business change and development.
  • Liaise with end users and business stakeholders.
