BackgroundT his role will report directly to the Application Support Team Lead, and work closely with Business Users, Operations and the Development team. Key ResponsibilitiesThe Application Support Analyst will be responsible for the daily support of internally developed systems and interfaces with external 3rd party systems. They will assist in the setting up of Azure Dev Ops pipelines and carrying out releases. This role will monitor the production systems and look to improve this monitoring process. They will also be expected to automate as much processing as possible. The Application Support team covers 07.30 - 18:00 operating a shift rota. There will also be some out of hours support where flexibility will be required. Strong people skills are essential in order to communicate with business users at all levels. Key roles:
