This position is for an experienced Anti-Bribery & Corruption risk specialist lead with Management Information (MI) and Reporting skills to work on the Global Anti-Bribery Programme. You will define and manage the Anti Bribery and Corruption (ABC) Reporting& Governance requirements to ensure Global ABC has the tools and solutions to deliver on its risk management and oversight responsibilities. Your key responsibilities

• Define and implement a robust Governance forum to support the monitoring and review for all AFBC risks across the first and second lines of defence
• Engage with AFBC and business stakeholders to review and enhance the Management Information (MI) and respond to any queries
• Further development and embedding of the AFBC risk management framework in line with the requirements of the Banks Non-Financial Risk (NFR) framework
• Support the oversight of regulatory and audit commitments with respect to the AFBC risk types

Your skills and experience

• A team leader with experience of building high performing teams with successful risk management
• Experience in delivering tactical and strategic ABC analytical solutions/programmes for end-users
• Demonstrable experience in risk management within financial services experience desired
• Able to interpret complex requirements, with a good understanding of non-financial risk management principles (risk & controls) and the three lines of defence model
• Experience working within regulatory enforcement environment and liaison with regulators and monitors
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications
