Job Description

Analytics Manager

    • Our client is looking for an Analytics Manager who has an in depth knowledge of BI/Business Intelligence, Cognos and SPSS to take responsibility for the provision of actionable insight that creates value for the business. This role will turn raw data into digestible information that can be used to help the business understand performance, hone products and help to maximise potential.Key Responsibilities for the Analytics Manager;
  • Work with tech teams to identify future requirements and opportunities to improve how they collect, store & interrogate data.
  • Manage the definition and delivery of insight for BAU and ADHOC based initiatives
  • Create models and use relevant programming and statistical techniques to assist new product development and refinement of promotional activity.
  • Manage customer reporting service to ensure that customer received reporting and development of new reports.
  • Implementation of simple dashboards and other data visualisation techniques to provide insight to internal & customers.
    • Experience required for the Analytics Manager role;
  • MUST be experienced in SPSS and Cognos.
  • Experience following programming languages tools; SQL, Oracle reporting.
  • Experience of delivering structured insight to non data focused stakeholders.
  • Experienced using data visitation tools; PowerBI, OBIEE and Tableu.
  • Experience using statistical techniques to analyse large data sets.
