Job Description

ANALYTICS MANAGERUP TO £57,000LONDON (HYBRID)I am working with an ecommerce busiiness on an Analytics Manager position, bridging the gap between the Analytics and Products areas of their Marketing department.THE ROLE:The successful Analytics Managers responsibilities will include:

  • Support the rollout of their product roadmap through the tracking, testing, and analysis of features
  • Develop business cases for implementation and prioritising website features
  • Define and report on product specific KPIs and engagement metrics
  • Report and analyse the performance of all digital product solutions (e.g. Recommendations, Quotations, Business Accounts, Tiered Pricing Programme, etc.)
  • Conceptualise new product solutions and assess their financial viability
  • Applying statistical models to complex data
  • Act in a consultancy capacity across all departments
  • Train, mentor, and manage junior staff
  • Work closely with Product Managers during the roll-out and improvement of products
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:The successful Analytics Manager will have the following skills and experience:
  • Commercial acumen - The ability to measure and report on business KPIs
  • Experience within Ecommerce, Fintech or Agencies advantageous
  • A deep understanding of data models and analytics
  • Sound knowledge of analytics software, specifically Google Analytics
  • Experience with SQL and Python
  • Experience of advanced analytical techniques such as Segmentations, Propensity models and Regression models.
  • Mentoring/Coaching experience beneficial
