I have partnered with a gaming company who are looking to expand their Data & Insights team following a record-breaking profit year in 2022. They are seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer with experience designing and delivering impactful dashboardsand data models that improve efficiency and offer easily understandable insights into their products.Responsibilities: Design and implement data pipelines, data warehousing, and reporting using DBT, BigQuery, and other relevant tools. Optimize the data warehouse for efficient reporting. Prepare, test, and deploy datasets for use by the wider data and product teams. Work closely with product, marketing, and finance teams to develop use cases and achieve successful analytic outcomes. Develop high-performance, reusable, and scalable data models to provide consistent and reliable answers for internal customers. Create and configure dashboards and reports using BI tools. Collaborate with the wider data team to maintain the reliability and stability of our data platform.Requirements: Advanced SQL proficiency and experience in writing optimized queries. Experience with cloud-native data warehousing technologies (BigQuery or similar). Background in designing and building data models. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or similar). Knowledge of data transformation tools such as DBT is a plus.This gaming company has a hybrid approach with 3 days in their central London office.
