NUMBER OF DIRECT REPORTS 0MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE RPA developmentusing KoFax Kapow and workflow system development using KTA (KoFax Total Agility) Maintenance and enhancement of existing RPA and workflow solutions Other automation solutions (OCR, Machine Learning, VBA macro, etc) development and maintenance KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRPA development using KoFax Kapow and workflow system development using KTA (KoFax Total Agility) Maintenance and enhancement of existing RPA and workflow solutions Other automation solutions (OCR, Machine Learning, VBA macro, etc) development and maintenanceWORK EXPERIENCE Essential: Working experience in RPA development Working experience in system development and implementation projects Working experience in VBA development Working experience in maintaining and enhancing the systems Preferred: Working experiencein the RPA implementation projects for investment banking sector Working experience in RPA and workflow development using KoFax Kapow and KTA Working experience in Machine Learning development Working experience in business analysis for RPA implementationproject management SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Functional / Technical Competencies: Essential: RPA development skills RPA development experiences VBA development skills Workflow system development experiences Preferred: RPA development skills in KoFax Kapow SQLdatabase development skills Machine learning skills Business analysis skills Education / Qualifications: Essential: Bachelor degree educated in computer science Preferred: Masters degree educated in computer sciencePERSONAL REQUIREMENTS Strong IT skills Communicationskills Results driven, with a strong sense of accountability A proactive, motivated approach. The role holder will carry out other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the role as requested by their line manager or Department Head. MANAGINGCONFLICTS OF INTEREST The role holder will have responsibilities for both MUFG Bank and MUFG Securities EMEA plc. The role holder will be required to perform their duties and responsibilities on an entity neutral basis, without favour. The role holder is requiredto follow regulatory requirements applicable to ensure each business is appropriately supported and to maintain the legal entity integrity of each of MUFG Bank and MUS. Working terms are dictated by functional mandates, the terms of the Dual-Hat ArrangementAgreement in place between MUFG Bank and MUFG Securities EMEA plc and any other relevant agreements entered into between MUFG Bank and MUFG Securities EMEA plc. The role holder will have responsibility for identifying and resolving where there may be a differenceor conflict in needs between MUFG Bank and MUFG Securities EMEA plc, escalating to their manager where required.
