Private Equity Fund Raising / Placement Agent AnalystOur client is a large player within the private placement / Private Equity Fund Raising sector. They offer fundraising services to the private equity houses and secondary advisory services too. The successful candidate would be working for one of the mostexciting capital raisers in Europe.Since the firm’s inception they have worked with a consistently strong portfolio of private equity clients. They work for some of the most prestigious European funds, completing assignments with a superb execution track record.The role will require diligent support of fundraises across private funds and advisory groups, helping to develop all master fundraising documents as well as keep them updated with the latest industry information. This includes pitch books, DDQs, PPMs, amongstothers. It will suit an ambitious character comfortable with coordinating Investor (GP) roadshows and the distribution of investor targets within the deal team. Lead role on ad-hoc projects and research will allow the candidate to develop their market knowledgeand provide a strong formative opportunity.We are looking for an Analyst to join their Project Management Team and will involve regular communication with some of the biggest private equity players in market. The ideal candidate will come from the following sectors:accounting (ACA), corporatefinance, M&A, equity capital markets or equity researchand possess a proclivity for strategic and consultative thinking and a keen but professional manner.In addition, the following are required:
