As an Analyst Consultant in the Electronic Trading space, you will have the opportunity to collaborate withtop-tier clients across a range of engagements. Responsibilities Involvement in all phases of the projectlifecycle, from initiation to closure Working on business transformation projects or IT change projects Building and developing business cases Gathering and analysing requirements Owning and delivering business and functional requirements Presenting/Communicatinginsights and findings to client stakeholders Managing stakeholders on different levels and in various business areas Skills & Experience Experience in Capital Markets, Financial Services and/or Consultancy Requirements gathering Problem-solving abilities Data-handlingskills Familiarity with electronic trading applications, key players, and new entrants (nice-to-have) Familiarity with the front-to-back processing required in Capital Markets businesses (nice-to-have) Industry knowledge Experience in one of the followingareas would be preferred: Primary and Secondary Markets Asset Classes (Cash Equities, Equity Derivatives, Futures & Options, Fixed Income, Bonds, Swaps) Front Office, Middle Office Pre-Trade Management, Pre-Trade Analytics, Pre-Trade Risk Controls Post-TradeManagement Operational Risk, Credit/Counterparty Risk, Market Risk Client Connectivity, Venue/Exchange Connectivity High-Frequency Trading Order Management Systems (OMS), Execution Management Systems (EMS), Risk Management Systems, Back Office Systems, SettlementSystems Fidessa, ION, ULLink, Calypso, Murex, FIX, Itivity Qualifications Minimum bachelor degree or equivalent BCS Business Analysis or comparable (nice-to-have) Prince2 or comparable project management methodology experience (nice-to-have)
