Title: Analyst, Strategy & Programs, Solution Engineering UKIDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: London, UKRole Description:Solution Engineering is a "Pre-Sales" or "Sales Consulting" function at Client, responsible for presenting product offerings and architecture in the best light to prospects and customers, to evoke confidence in a company’s technology infrastructure, and to remove all technical objections in the sales cycle. Within Solution Engineering, there’s a small but dedicated team of professionals responsible for the strategy & programs required to support the day-to-day operations and ad hoc initiatives of the wider UK & Ireland team.We have an exciting opportunity for an Analyst/Sr. Analyst, based in our Dublin or London offices, reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy & Programs. This is a multifaceted but key support role that will help create and manage programmatic approaches to our analytics processes, drive best operational practice, provide data-driven insights, and manage communications through various channels on behalf of the Leadership Team.We are looking for a personable, data-friendly individual that will thrive in a fast-paced environment and succeed in producing impactful content and analysis. Ideally, the candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a blend of consulting, marketing, and data science skill sets. We are open to full-time or part-time candidates.ResponsibilitiesCommunications: Own regular communications for the Solution Engineering UKI team including Executive presentations, business updates, employee engagement surveys, team announcements, and business reportingResource tracking & capacity planning analysis: Run data driven analysis to ensure the right resources are engaged at the right times for flawless technical sales execution.Data management: Regular systems updates and management for data integrityMeaningful Metrics: Own data and content consolidation for monthly and quarterly reportingProgram ROI: Create and present analysis on PMO initiatives and programsRequired Experience / SkillsStrong communication and business acumen skillsA proven track record of data driven, analytical projects, demonstrating problem solving skills and defined outcomesThe ability to manage multiple projects and to prioritise and re-prioritise as scope and timelines change.A creative thinker who can bring innovative ideas and help challenge the status quo.Solution oriented, data driven, learning mindset.Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.Get it done attitudeAbility to deal with a fast moving dynamic environment with high degree of ambiguityMust be well versed in data analytics tools and data visualizationDesired Experience2+ years of well-rounded Consulting, Business Operations, Sales Strategy, Solution Engineering, or other relevant experience.Experience working with Cloud Products/Platforms or within a complex, high tech environment.A degree or equivalent experience in business management, data science, project management or a related field.Tableau and Salesforce platform experience a plus Required skills
