What will you be doing Providing a dedicated and robust review of all investigations conducted by the Barclays International (BI) Barclays UK (BUK) Financial Crime Operations Driving our contribution to the teams performance to be the best in class and to exceed the expectation of our internal and external customers Using excellent problem solving and team working skills to assure complex, high- priority cases, while ensuring the Banks regulatory requirements are always met Using a high level of attention to detail to complete tasks right first time, every time Working with colleagues and areas across the organisation to consistently deliver high standards of assurance and the achievement of the teams service level agreements Using excellent communication skills to interact professionally with internal and external Stakeholders Proactively collaborating with colleagues in other areas Contributing to a supportive and proactive working culture by sharing knowledge and expertise with other team members and providing training to colleagues when necessary What were looking for: Proven experience in an AML Financial Crime Operations and/ or Quality role Banking and Financial Crime experience Good knowledge of legislation that affects Barclays (Data Protection Act, Companies Act, Insolvency Act, Financial Services Act, Money Laundering and confidentiality regulations) Communication skills: ability to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders Skills that will help you in the role: Knowledge of Barclays AML, PEPS and Sanctions Policies Knowledge of business activities carried out by Financial Crime, as well as other business functions with an understanding of how these relate to AML Financial Crime Analyst role Prior experience with using Barclays computer systems (such as FullServe, Mantas, Edocs, QMS and Frauds3) Where will you be working Weve been in Scotland for 250 years, and our significance has never been as important as it is today.
