Description of the departmentThe Client Service team acts, alongside with Sales teams, as a key interface with Alts clients for all non-investment matters including reporting. Your main mission will be to support the Client Service team on its day to day tasks and projects, with a specificfocus on KYC/AML, data administration, and documents dissemination. 3. The main responsibilities of the roleAssist Client Service team in their day to day tasks, and in particular : - Participate to the onboarding process of AIM Alts clients : set up clients in AXA IM referentials, set up reports sending in AXAIM tools, etc... - Monitor the delivery of the financial reports to AXA IM Alts clients - Support any project aiming at improving the service (new services, improvement of operationnal efficiency, reduce operationnal risk...)
