Job Description

OverviewKey Responsibilities

  • Own the full loan closing process on all European distressed trades (Using our outsource provider where necessary).
  • Oversee the Outsourced Provider on LMA/LSTA Loan settlement. Ensuring that settlement times are minimized/coordinating various internal teams to provide data/sign offs where necessary.
  • Oversee the Outsourced Provider on minimizing cash drag across the portfolios/pre-empting any liquidity issues.
  • Manage internal and external parties "to do whatever it takes" to closes loans as efficiently as possible.
  • Act as the point of escalation for all parties involved in the settlement process.
  • To keep the Portfolio Managers fully informed of the current state of settlements, escalating to them where necessary.
  • Work on trade confirmations and ad hoc/project tasks for Portfolio Managers/Traders/Operations.
