Job Description

Join our global Intercruises Operations Team in the UK as an Airport Delivery Coordinator based near London Heathrow Airport. As an Airport Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of Intercruises arrivals and departures at all UK airports, managing the meet and greet service, planning airport-rep schedules, liaisingwith the UK office and working with numerous transfer suppliers and airline representatives. You will ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained. You will assist and oversee the development of the airport-reps and provide training where required.You will create and maintain strong relationships with all service providers to improve communication and leverage future partnership opportunities.Please note you must already have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom before applying for this role.ABOUT THE JOB

  • To be present on ship turnaround days as the acting supervisor on site at the main airport.
  • To ensure the smooth running of the operation at all UK airport by through excellent coordination with the port, hotels and Intercruises UK office.
  • To assist and solve any incidents and issues of guests that may arise (flight cancellations, delays, theft and loss, airport strikes etc.).
  • To recruit, organise and contract the staff required for each operation and ensure total hours are within budget.
  • Supervise the training of new hires and previous season staff.
  • Ensure employee credit card or SOLDO cards is liquidated and submitted as per company guidelines.
  • Ensure correct number of new staff is recruited accordingly and ensure all staff are familiar with cruise line expectations.
  • Work with transport and port delivery to ensure the scheduled transportation will cover the needs of the operation.
  • Assign materials (itineraries, client information, transfer vouchers etc.) to the airport staff and support as required.
  • To liaise with Health & Safety Departments when incidents concerning Intercruises guests happen at the airport.
  • To report flight irregularities and challenges occurred during the operation to the UK office and/or the cruise line.
  • To plan, manage and monitor pre-operation phase (passenger arrivals, departures and dispatch).
  • To ensure all reports are completed, staff hours validated and airport invoices are complete within 72hrs.
