THE GIG The Technology APO Analyst will be an integral member of the APO team to support the Technology team in delivering value to the rest of Dr. Martens. • Monitoring spend and value of delivery against strategic goals • Coaching, trainingand supporting teams to aid maturity of teams to deliver value faster • Contribute to the frameworks and guidelines that promote good practice to support the teams for the delivery of value at pace under just enough governance • A key focus on continuous improvementand streamlining of processes THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART It’s never just a job at Dr. Martens.
