Our client is an endowed grant-making trust, based in London founded by David Sainsbury in 1967. The organisation is one of the Sainsbury Family Charitable Trusts set up to provide funding for charitable causes. Our clients works in areas that David Sainsburyand the Trustees are particularly passionate about and where they believe charitable funding can make a real difference. The organisations work currently relates to 6 key areas - Plant Science, Africa, Neuroscience, Public Policy, Education and Arts.Prospectusis delighted to be supporting the Foundation to recruit for an Agency Communications Lead on a 24 month fixed term contract (with the possibility of extension) to support their excellent work focusing around Education. This exciting, newly created role comesat a pivotal time with large scale communications campaigns due to launch this academic year to audiences including parents and young people. These public-facing, behaviour change campaigns will be delivered together with a communications agency, or agencies.TheAgency Communications Lead will manage the agency or agencies to both plan and deliver communications campaigns, and will act as the bridge between the agencies and the organisation, liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure eachcampaign is delivered on time and on budget, meeting or exceeding KPIs. You will manage agency briefings, reviews, approvals, updates and evaluation, working collaboratively with the organisations subject-expert policy teams as well as alongside communicationscolleagues. You will also ensure coherent messaging is used across all channels and that opportunities to cross-promote or signpost content are maximised across these campaigns.The successful candidate will have significant communications agency or clientmanagement experience, with exceptional relationship building skills to ensure the agencies and the organisation can achieve their shared goals. You will have a track record of managing and delivering a range of large scale impactful behaviour change campaignsand will be able to demonstrate the ability to build consensus on communications strategy and tactics to ensure the buy-in of key stakeholders. In addition to excellent project management skills, you will have experience of working with audience insights toinform communications strategy and implementation, and a proven track-record of combining strategic thinking with sound creative judgement.To apply please submit your CV (2-3 pages) and a Supporting Statement (2 pages maximum).
