You will support the forecasting and monitoring of activity, expenditure and grant claimswithin the Groups affordable housing programme. You will gather, review, and manage data sourced from various regions and our financial systems and collate this data for reports and submissions.This position will require a strong focus on administrative tasks, ranging from data submission to the meticulous gathering and organization of information. Your efforts will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, support the achievement of our deliverytargets and contribute to the smooth operation of our affordable housing development programmes.For more information, please download the attached Job Profile. More about your role.We are looking for an individual with robust computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and Excel. Your analytical prowess will be crucial as you interpret data to drive informed decision-making processes. Familiarity withHomes Englands Affordable Homes Programme ( Strategic Partnerships in particular) along with their Investment Management System (IMS), procedures, standards, and audit requirements will be an advantage.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within our team and with external stakeholders.
