Structured around four key pillars-Digital Commerce, Digital Operations, Digital Experience, and Digital CRM & Personalisation-it engageswith every department across the global business to propel growth.OverviewAs Affiliates & Partnerships Manager at Stella McCartney, you will play a pivotal role in driving the brands international growth and fostering meaningful relationshipswith affiliates, media owners, and strategic partners in our core regions in the US, Japan, EMEA and APAC. This role requires a hands-on strategic thinker who is passionate about sustainability, fashion, and building mutually beneficial collaborations. Thisrole is based in London.Key Responsibilities:Affiliate Program Management:

  • Develop, implement, and optimise the affiliate marketing strategy to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • Identify and recruit high-performing affiliates, media owners, and content creators aligned with Stella McCartneys brand values.
  • Provide clear guidelines, creative assets, and promotional materials to affiliates, ensuring brand consistency and message alignment.
Partnerships Development:
  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with like-minded organisations, brands, and other partners to expand Stella McCartneys global reach.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, contracts, and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial arrangements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage partner assets and resources for joint marketing initiatives.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyse affiliate and partnership performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Prepare regular reports on KPIs, ROI, and other relevant performance indicators to share with internal stakeholders.
Sustainability Integration:
  • Integrate Stella McCartneys sustainability ethos into affiliate and partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with the brands values and mission.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for joint sustainability initiatives with partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, PR, social media, e-commerce, and retail teams to ensure seamless execution of affiliate and partnership initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams on affiliate and partnership-related activities.
Compliance and Ethical Standards:
  • Ensure that all affiliate and partnership activities adhere to ethical standards, align with the brands values, and comply with relevant regulations.

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or a related field
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship building skills
  • Great multi-tasker
