Affiliate Program Management:

Develop and execute the overall affiliate marketing strategy to drive sales and revenue growth.
Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of high-quality affiliate partners.
Create and manage affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand, timely, and within budget.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize results.

Strategic Partnerships and Influencer Collaboration:
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships within the gaming industry and related niches.
- Proactively leverage influencers to promote our affiliate network and products.
- Negotiate and establish affiliate agreements that benefit all parties involved.
- Maintain relationships with existing partners and constantly seek new opportunities for collaboration.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to the affiliate marketing program and influencer collaboration.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements to the program. Ability to forecast impact based on leveraged tactics.
- Create regular reports for senior management and other stakeholders.
Compliance and Ethical Practices:
- Ensure that all affiliate marketing activities, including influencer collaborations, comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.
- Implement fraud detection and prevention measures.

You Have...

5+ years experience in the affiliate landscape, partnership types including promotional methods that create new customer acquisitions.
Numerate and detail oriented experience with good commercial understanding.
Business development, sales or lead generation experience using a CRM.
An active interest in video games or other digital content experience is important
Marketing Degree or relevant qualification
