This role sits within a specificunit and works closely with another team who focus on market strategy and understanding. This manager level role will allow for the person to have full responsibility and accountability for their overall work.This role will offer hybrid working from our office 3 days a week and the rest from home.About you:This is a diverse and varied role and you will have a number of responsibilities, the main focus will be on making clear recommendations to client service teams within the departments on analytical techniques in response to RFPs, contribution to pitches anddebriefs covering analytical components, specialist analytical knowledge. You should have a good and solid understanding of different data analysis approaches, a range of methodological approaches, deep understanding of methods of data collection and knowledgearound the MRS Code of Conduct.You should be able to demonstrate a deep level of understanding of patterns and stories in data, draw actionable insight from interpretation of results and make recommendation to address business objectives, mentor and train staff, share ideas and collaborateacross the teams, impart your knowledge of advanced analytics to broaden team capabilities and awareness.The advanced use of SPSS to run data analysis including the ability to write complex syntax is essential along with strong knowledge of Excel and VBA. There are various skills which are desirable including the ability to advise on design of survey materials,sampling theory and complex weighting procedures, experience in developing and running code in R and/or Python.You should have hands on experience of running and a thorough practical understanding of the mathematical principals on a wide range of analytical methods such as regression, conjoint, Maxdiff and forecasting, segmentation, machine learning, ad-hoc modellingand an understanding and experience of conducting data fusion and imputation, factor analysis, pricing analysis, regression/driver modelling, mapping, CHAID.Overall you should be able to demonstrate an eye for detail, collaborative attitude, an ability to demonstrate excellent time management, planning, delegation of resources and tasks, proactive attitude, supportive to junior members of the team, the abilityand enthusiasm to impart analytical knowledge and skill-set.This role will offer hybrid working from their London office 3 days a week and the rest from home.Salary & Benefits:Competitive salary up to £55k depending on experience and skill-set and an award winning set of benefitsContact: Abi BlankHasson Associates welcomes applications from everyone.
