Adult Social Care Lawyer – London, England – Competitive Day Rate – Remote workingFull-TimeJob Title: Interim Adult Social Care LawyerLocation: London, England – Full timeRate: Competitive Day Rate - Negotiable Dependent upon ExperienceVenn Group’s specialised legal recruitment team have partnered with aLondon Borough to recruit an Adult Social Care LawyerThe role is offered for an initial 3 months with the view to extend on a rolling basis.The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor with recent post qualification experience working within Local Government as a Lawyer. Job Description

  1. Responsible for a mixed adult social care caseload to include PLO and care cases
  2. Dealing with Court of Protection cases and Deprivation of Liberty
  3. Handling no recourse to public funds and no ordinary residence
  4. Handling advocacy is encouraged, but not essential
  5. Office attendance encouraged but not enforced
This position comes with a competitive hourly rate which is dependant upon relevant experience.
