Job Description

Job Title: Adolescent Practitioners - SASH - Specialist Adolescent Service Hertfordshire (SASH)Location: Hemel HempsteadSalary Range: £25,481 - £27,741 per annum (pro rata for part-time)Hours: 30 hours per weekContract: PermanentDiversity: We are an inclusiveemployer and value a diverse workforce Were looking for someone who is passionate and committed to providing support to young people and their families. You will be part of a highly supportive and motivated, multi-disciplinary and dynamic team that providessupport to vulnerable young people and their families to prevent escalation into specialist services.You will be delivering interventions and working with young people in the criminal justice system. This is a challenging but very rewarding job.This is anexcellent opportunity to further develop your skills and knowledge with adolescents and families and to truly influence the lives of young people and their families.Based in our team in Hemel Hempstead you will be working to deliver comprehensive assessmentsand to develop robust intervention plans.
