Job Role: Admissions Officer X2Pay rate: £17.58 p/h + holiday payHours: 35 hours per week Monday-Friday (Hybrid working)Location: South East LondonContract: 6-8 weeksDo you have experience in admissions, immigration compliance or CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) within Higher EducationAre you looking for a full time hybrid role over the summerJoin a leading specialist university in Digital Media and Design, located in the heart of Londons creative community, easily accessible via DLR or the Jubliee line.Your main job role as an Admissions Officer is to ensure the efficient management of the admissions process, ensuring that applications to all levels are dealt with in a timely manner, whilst providing the highest level of customer service.You will be required to be onsite 1-2 days a week for a duration of 6-8 weeks however this can be discussed at interview.As an Admissions Officer you will be responsible for:* Ensuring admissions processes are operated at all times within the legislative and regulatory requirements* Evaluate academic qualifications, both from the UK and overseas* Make course offers and liaise with applicants* Ensure an excellent level of customer service is provided to all stakeholders,To be successful in the role you will have:* Experience of FE and/or HE admissions, including UCAS Experience of international admissions* Knowledge of UKVI regulatory framework and compliance. * Experienced of working with Moodle or other Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) is preferred* Experience of working with a Student RecordsSystems/Databases/CRM systemsWe want you to have every opportunity to demonstrate your skills, ability and potential; please contact us if you require any assistance or adjustment so that we can help with making the application process work for you.
