Job Description

Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented administrator, with a knack for customer service and a flair for navigating technical processes Our client, a prestigious medical society, is seeking diligent and thorough Administrator to join their team on a temporarybasis!In this role, you will be looking after the iRefer inbox, dealing with enquiries about the website sales process. You will also be formatting documents and arranging meetings as additional tasks.You will have strong customer service skills, and be used to carrying out steps in a technical process (including the back end of websites).Role Length: 1 - 2 monthsRole: Administrator -Company Type/Industry: Membership OrganisationDays: Monday - Friday (hybrid)Hours: 9am - 5pmStart Date: ASAPLocation: Central London (Closest station Chancery Lane)Pay: £14 - £14.75 per hourMain Areas of responsibility:

  • Looking after the customer queries relating to website sales process
  • Document formatting
  • Carrying out steps in a technical process (back end of website)
  • Arranging meetings
  • General Administration
Skills & Experience
  • Confident customer service skills, able to think quickly under pressure
  • Quick learner, able to pick up systems and ways of working easily
  • Experience of using CMS
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to build good working relations within a team
  • Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload with support from manager
