Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to provide administrative support to our client based in WansteadPurpose of the job The administrator is responsible for providing first class administrative support.The post-holder will also carry out all general administrative duties as requested by the Admin Team ManagerYour duties will be

  • Follow admin checklist step by step from "view uploaded files" on CHARMS
  • Maintaining and collating evidence for Ofsted
  • Running monthly summary reports
  • monitoring and ordering of stationary and office supplies
  • Scanning completed forms to CHARMS and saving correctly on Carer records
  • Ensuring that all statutory checks are kept up to date for all carers
  • Writing letters/reports/minutes as requested from dictation or draft
  • Assessing calls and providing support.
  • Running Charms reports regularly and ad hoc as requested
  • Complete regular monthly file audit on Charms
  • Using CHARMS diary to manage stat checks
