AdministratorASAP START£28,000 - £30,000 *Depending on experienceCity of London - Hybrid Working09.00am - 17.30pmOur client is a globally recognised IT firm in the City of London. They are seeking an experienced Administrator, to help them kick start 2024, as they are growing the team rapidly! Duties:
  • Supporting a team of Underwriters with general administrative duties
  • Ensuring that all client contact is carried out in a professional and courteous way
  • Check and input protection applications via the providers website
  • Follow up/chase New Business by contacting the relevant provider; inform the advisor of progress and keep the advisor always informed
  • Check New Business submissions from advisers including relevant documentation
  • Prepare invoices and issue to adviser/client for payment to be made
  • Deal with daily invoicing and manage POs
  • Liaise with providers for outstanding statements, deal with queries
  • Dealing with confidential client data
Requirements
  • Credible education - a degree is not essential
  • Previous administration experience is required
  • Someone who is dedicated and driven to build a long term career
  • Someone positive and solution focused
  • Strong IT skills, able to pick up programmes and systems quickly and efficiently - ideally Excel knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
