Experienced Administrator for our Degree Apprenticeship Programmes Team. London QA Higher Education fulltime & permanent opportunity Do you have strong administration experience ideally within the education or training sector or within a busy back office function where organisation, deadlines, accuracy and communication are key If so, we have the perfect role for you! About our role: Working within the QAHE Degree Apprenticeship Administration team, with your strong administration skills, you will be responsible for providing effective administrative support across all our Degree Apprenticeships programmes working with our multiple Universitypartners, learners and internal teams. Dealing with the full learner admin life-cycle for our 4 year programmes i.e. learner queries, on boarding through to exam board process and certification.Good IT and Excel skills a MUST with the ability to provide an excellent learner journey at all timesHeres a flavour of whats involved:Provide effective and efficient administrative support on all our Degree Apprenticeship programmesTo manage programme-related student queries and act as a key point of contact for progression information.To handle module registration and workshop bookingsTo work with internal and external stake holders in ensuring the maintenance of accurate student record dataTo support the examination board processTo process student withdrawals and suspensions.To ensure that correct processes and procedures are followed in line with partner University and Compliance regulationsTo facilitate the mitigating circumstances processTo produce data for external and internal reportsBring your experience:Sound administrative experience preferably within the education sectorExperience of multi-tasking and delivery to agreed timescaleExperience of managing and prioritising workloadExcellent communication skillsExcellent literacy, numerical skills and Excel skillsTeam playerFlexible and adaptable to changeWell organised and methodicalA little more about us: QA is one of the largest learning services organisations in the UK, developing skills and capabilities for everyone from apprentices to business leaders.
