Job Description

Due to continued success, our client is now looking to recruit a number of energetic, motivated Administratorsto join their team based in Central London on a 3 Month FTC.Hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00 until 17.00, Hybrid working with 2/3 days in our clients vibrant central London offices and the remaining 2 or 3 days working from home*Successful candidates will need to be able to start on / around the 4th July 2023*Key Responsibilities:

  • Data input and system updates
  • Document validation including thorough checking of currency and relevancy of information
  • Logging of cases, calls and documents on Salesforce
  • Management of documentation storage (Folder organisation, indexation, metadata, etc.)
  • Support on report production (Extraction of relevant lists for other areas of the business based on data collected)
  • Providing ideas and suggestions for process improvement to drive the best member experience and greatest level of efficiency
Key Skills Required:
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good verbal and written communication skills – active listening skills, empathy and rapport building
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle routine/repetitive tasks without detriment to quality
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
  • Good organisationaland time management skills and ability to prioritise work
  • Team player and commitment to providing a quality service
  • Experience gained in a similar role preferred
