Job Description

Office AdministratorUp to £32,000 salaryWe are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a leading practice in The City on a hybrid basis (2-3 days in the office, some flexibility to working hours).You will be working in a company that is driven by quality of service and high standards to details. You will receive full support, training and coaching from an existing supportive team from day one.Some key duties:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and forward messages promptly according to the Practice telephone rota.
  • Set up meeting rooms ready for meetings, maintain the conference room diary, book in new appointments, provide refreshments and great visitors.
  • General office duties, such as internal/external post and office related purchasing.
  • Offer administrative support for Partner and teams.
  • Be a flexible member of the Administration Team working
  • Prepare a variety of documents utilising appropriate software, as directed, including the maintenance of excel workload trackers, change control logs, project risks registers and requests for information.
  • Control documentation, collate design submissions and upload packages to client sharing platforms.
  • Attend meetings, record minutes and follow up all actions.
  • Manage and organize survey investigations and tracking.
  • Assist with data and project management using bespoke software, including, job and fee proposal creation/archiving, raising, and managing internal/external purchase orders, creating/issue invoices, fee projections, monitoring timesheets and project reporting.
We are looking for an experienced Administrator with at least 3 years’ of experience.The company is a leader in its field and is growing its headcount, so it’s a great time to join.We can offer:
