About the Role The Position The Administrative Management function is responsible for 150 support positions in the Americas and London, working cross-functionally in a global, matrixed environment and reporting to the supervising Administrative Manager. This role is the lead AdministrativeManager for the London office of approximately 40 administrative professionals, and also supervises a local deputy Administrative Manager. The positions mandate includes effective resource management for the firm, leveraging the time of the firms client, investment and infrastructure professionals through the provisioning of administrative support, and providing authentic, development-focusedmanagement to direct reports. The ideal candidate is an experienced personnel manager interested in programmatic leadership in an evolving function.
