The role will incorporate organisation and administration skills to assist the Nordic Client Coverage team. Responsibilities: Support the Nordic Client Coverage team with daily functions Coordination of movement for the team (travel, transport, accommodation,restaurants, visas, itineraries) Management of diaries including meetings and calls, taking notes when present Updating the sales database Telephone work as cover for absent team members Readying and sending invoices and processing expenses General officeduties - printing, filing, scanning, telephone work Requirements: Experience in a corporate environment Experience in asset management or financial services as advantageous but not required Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Icelandic) a bonusbut not guaranteed
