Job Description

Our client HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is an agency of the Ministry of Justice. HMCTS provides administrative support for the legal system across England and Wales, ensuring justice works for everyone. Our justice system defends our fundamental rights and freedoms. From some of the most vulnerable people in our society, to families in crisis, claimantsand commercial businesses - HMCTS has a responsibility to administer a justice system that is accessible to everyone and operates efficiently. Role - Admin OfficerHours - 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday 9-5) Pay £13.98 ph Location - Strand, Royal Courts of JusticeResponsibilities & Criteria Include: o This is for an admin officer to undertake duties within the High Court Family Jurisdiction. o The person must have a good understanding of Microsoft office applications including MS Teams. o They must have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in what is a fast paced and challenging working environment. o The successful candidate may be expected to undertake admin duties within the court room to support the Judge in facilitating hearings.Please note - any successful applicants will need to undergo extensive pre-employment checks, which includes 3 years worth of referencing and a DBS check.At Brook Street, we believe that by harnessing diversity of thought and experience across our company, exceptional things happen.
