Are you an organised and tech-savvy individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the education sector We are currently seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant & Trainee IT Technician to join a well-established SEN school in Brent. This is a full-time position,with an immediate start available!As an Admin Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and organising administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Handling incoming calls and emails, providing assistance and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintaining and updating student records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assisting with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Utilising various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, for document creation and data analysis.
  • Supporting the schools administrative team with adhoc tasks and projects.
In addition to the administrative duties, this role will provide you with the opportunity to train and develop your skills as an IT Technician. The responsibilities of a Trainee IT Technician will include:
  • Assisting with the setup and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshooting basic IT issues and providing technical support to staff and students.
  • Assisting with the installation and configuration of educational software and digital learning resources.
  • Ensuring data security and privacy protocols are followed.
  • Assisting in the management of the schools network infrastructure.
This position will commence with an agency contract, providing you with the opportunity to showcase your skills and dedication.
