Accounts Receivable Specialist, London£25,000 - £30,000 + benefitsOur client, a well-recognised market leading player in their chosen field, is looking for a mix of strong European linguistic skills (ideally German, English and Nordics) coupled with a proven transactional finance background (ideally accounts receivable).The position will provide support to the Head of AR and ensure that the billing and sales order process works efficiently, accurately and in line with guidelines adhered to by the wider finance function. Key role responsibilities will include:-Preparation of cash-flow forecasts-Issue of invoices and client statements.-Ledger reconciliation.-Analysis of irregularities and implementation of solutions.-Cash allocation onto an ERP system.-Liaison with sales team in respect of client accounts and respective billing schedules.Aside from the language and AR capabilities, our client is looking for high end interpersonal skills including empathy, credibility and outward professionalism with each internal and external interaction.
