Job Description

Goodman Masson are delighted to be partnered with an impressive UN-backed, international membership organisation on their search for an Accounts Receivable Lead.What is the roleReporting into the Head of Transactions, you would be solely responsible for Accounts Receivable. Main responsibilities include:

  • Taking ownership of the end-to-end accounts receivable process
  • Leading on the invoicing process for membership renewals; planning execution of send-outs and managing queries
  • Managing all invoicing and credit collection from a variety of debtors
  • Running a high volume AR inbox, proactively and promptly resolving queries
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders in country offices to resolve queries and chase debtors
  • Other ad-hoc duties as requires
What do you need to succeed
  • At least two years of accounts receivable experience, exposure to this in a membership environment would be beneficial
  • Confidence working autonomously & taking ownership of the AR process
  • Experience with a variety of accounting software & confidence working with Excel
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
