Job Description

Accounts Payable Specialist - UK, Ireland and NordicsLuxury RetailCirca £32,000Full time, Permanent RoleCentral London basedHours 9.00am to 6.00pmHybrid working - 3 days in the office/2 days from home *We are working with a very well-known luxury jeweller, assisting them to recruit an Accounts Payable Specialist for their successful London based team.Key responsibilities/Attributes

  • Ensuring all invoices are processed in line with internal controls and compliance
  • Verify, code, and post all overhead invoices in Esker and JDE (liaising with accounting team on posting)
  • Post all CAPEX invoices received from Unifier (liaising with account on CER numbers)
  • Post and reconcile all freight and duty invoices from TRAX system
  • Vendor statement reconciliations
  • Posting employee expenses
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries
  • Sending remittances to suppliers
Person specification
  • 1-2 years Accounts Payable experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and keep high levels of accuracy
  • Experience of matching, batching, and coding
  • Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency with MS Office in particular MS Excel and Word
*The position will initially be based in their offices for 1-month full time, however, once training is complete a hybrid working model will be put in place (3 days in the office and 2 days from home).Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
