Accounts Payable Clerk - ShippingSalary: £35,000 - £40,000Office: St James/Green ParkHybrid: 4 days a week in officeKey Responsibilities:* Engaged in daily operational accounting tasks* Responsible for ERP processes including accounts payable, cash management, accounts receivable, and general ledger* Handling invoice and staff claim processing for accounts payable* Validating receipts for accounts receivable* Managing payments and conducting bank reconciliations for cash management* Preparing and inputting journal entries for month-end accruals and prepayments* Assisting with the annual audit by preparing schedules and addressing audit queries* Providing support and assisting with ad hoc tasks as neededProfile:* 3-5 years of experience in a similar role* Practical experience within finance in the shipping industry* Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities* Familiarity with ERP system and large volume idealSalary & Benefits:
