Accounts Payable Assistant - Leading Travel CompanyBase Salary to £25,000 depending on experience + BenefitsHybrid - Part Remote and Part Office - Central LondonMy client is a luxury travel company who provide high end luxury travel incorporating escorted tours and cruises to worldwide destinations.They are now recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their accounts teamThe Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for Accounts Payable working in a fast-paced environmentTo apply for the Accounts Payable Assistant role, candidates must have excellent knowledge of excel, attention to detail and the desire to develop a career within finance within the travel industry.This role is offered on a hybrid basis - part remote and part office.Accounts Payable Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:Process a high volume of supplier payments in multiple currencies by their relevant due datesTake the lead in managing the central accounts payables inboxRun & maintain regular reports including Credit Control, Petty Cash, Staff expenses, etcAssist with posting bank statement transactions on a daily basisAdministration support to other departmentsAccounts Payable Assistant Experience Required:An interest in developing a career in finance within the travel industryGood verbal and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detailComputer literacy and the ability to use various specialist applicationsCompetence in Microsoft Office products including Excel and WordGood administrative skillsA willingness to undertake professional developmentThe ability to learn quickly and adapt to (often complex) in-house systemsAccounts Payable Assistant Salary and Benefits:Base Salary to £25,000 depending on experienceHoliday ConcessionsOpportunity for paid studies accountancy qualificationsMonday to Friday23 days annual leaveCompany commitment to continued learning and developmentTo apply for the Accounts Payable Assistant role, please email your CV and a member of the team will be in touch to discuss your application.
